What is Conscious Maternity?

Conscious Maternity is an approach to pregnancy and postpartum that emphasizes the mind-body connection, empowering women to actively participate in their own healthcare and make informed choices about their birth experience. This approach values mindfulness, self-awareness, and the importance of a supportive community.

How can I help?

As a therapist with a somatic orientation, I can help you connect with your body during this important time. I also have knowledge of transpersonal approaches, which can assist clients with mid-body regulation. By blending these approaches, I help women learn to trust their bodies, regulate their emotions, and prepare for birth and postpartum.

In addition to individual therapy, I offer a range of services to support your journey through Conscious Maternity, including:

  • Group therapy: Join other women in a supportive group setting to share experiences and learn from each other.
